2025 Fishing Season opens April 1st.
The weather may seem right to catch the big ones, but please wait until the fishing season opens on April 1st, 2025 before heading to the ponds.
There are no public grounds within the Brook Run Village development with the exception of the city park at 4901 E Douglas.
BRVOA property is for the use of the Association only.
All trespassers are subject to prosecution under Iowa Code 716.7
Announcements
HOA Dues are now due for 2025.
Annual HOA dues are now due and can be paid without penalty any time before March 1st, 2025.
If you did not get a notice or are not sure how to go about paying your dues, simply email Roberta at roberta@mcafeerealty.com with your name and address included and she will get you any information that you need.
