The stream project continues to move forward as planned and assuming no unforeseen issues will start this fall with completion planned for next year.

Fishing Policy Reminder
A friendly reminder that fishing in the designated areas in Brook Run are for residents only.
Recently, there have been problems with people from neighboring areas attempting to fish here. Please help us by reminding any non-residents you might see fishing that they are not allowed to do so, and that the authorities will be called if they continue to trespass on our ponds.

HOA DUES ARE NOW DUE FOR 2025.
Annual HOA dues are now due and can be paid without penalty any time before March 1st, 2025.
If you did not get a notice or are not sure how to go about paying your dues, simply email Roberta at roberta@mcafeerealty.com with your name and address included and she will get you any information that you need.
